The Utah Spine Care was a new tenant for USC Investments, LLC. The work involved extensive demolition including flooring, walls, fire sprinkler, HVAC and electrical. The demolition was performed in a safe and cautious manner in order to maintain the integrity of the building and the following build out. The tenant improvement included the flooring, framing, drywall, finishes, fire sprinkler, HVAC, fire alarm and electrical.
Though this project would typically take 3-4 months, Stacey Enterprises, Inc. was able to complete the work in less than 2 months! The demanding and arduous schedule was completed because of the cooperation and coordination of the project manager, superintendent and subcontractors.
