Scott R. Dixon, President
Scott offers over 30 years of commercial/industrial construction expertise. He earned his B.S. in Financial Management from Weber State University where he graduated Cum Laude. Under Scott’s direction, Stacey Construction has become a major general contractor/construction management firm having completed many prominent projects along the Wasatch Front and Western United States. Scott has served two terms on the Board of Directors of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Utah (ABC) and is an active member of the Weber State University Construction Management Technology Advisory Council. His knowledge and expertise of the construction industry consistently saves our clients money through value engineering options. Mr. Dixon is a well-respected leader in our industry. He brings unparalleled knowledge and professionalism to our team.
John J. Kearns, Vice President/Project Manager
Mr. Kearns has been in the construction industry since 1976. He has served as an integral part of the management team at Stacey Construction since 1993. He earned his B.S. in Construction Management from Brigham Young University. John also has a degree in Architectural Technology from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. John has successfully managed projects from the design/build stage through their completion and closeout. He is very organized and detail oriented which is evident in his project scheduling skills. He works well with and motivates his crews to produce a high quality product on time. John is very personable and works well with owners and architects. He has been involved in a variety of projects including educational facilities, swimming pools/facilities, banks, retail stores, municipal building and theatres.
Brett Stephens, Project Manager
Mr. Stephens offers over 13 years experience in the business administration and construction management field. His ability to work with people is unique and unsurpassed by many. Since joining the Stacey team, he has been heavily involved in estimating and managing several unique projects. He adds a distinct dynamic to Stacey Construction team and provides critical insight to everything he is involved. He prides himself on satisfying the client and focuses his attention on providing finished and desirable results.
Russ Clark, Project Manager
Mr. Clark has over 15 years experience in the construction industry as a carpenter, lead foreman and superintendent. His last 8 years has been with Stacey Construction as a superintendent and three years as a project manager. He is an integral part of our construction management team and is very skilled in scheduling, framing, finish-work, painting, concrete-work, and light plumbing, electrical, and landscaping. Russell is also extrememly proficient in crew supervision and has a vast understanding of various project types.
