Take Off Summaries
Take off summaries for each scope of work are included in the provided link. Please review and confirm these amounts are sufficient for the work and that your scope of work encompasses each line item. Should any discrepancies arise, please notify the CM/GC so as to ensure an accurate and complete scope of work.

Site Visits
Due to the remodel nature of the work, we will be performing two (2) site visits to allow contractors to walk the project to further understand the work involved. Please refer to the Google Earth image for parking and entrance (we will enter from the east side of the building). We will be holding those on the following days:
Wednesday December 28th at 9:00 AM – 2324 Washington Blvd – Ogden, UT 84401
Wednesday January 4th at 9:00 AM – 2324 Washington Blvd – Ogden, UT 84401

Questions/RFI’s
All questions pertaining to the project are requested to be submitted no later than Wednesday January 4, 2023 by 5:00 pm in the Excel format provided in the bid documents to Brett Stephens at bstephens@staceygc.com. All questions will be shared with all contractors for review.
