We have extensive experience building business complexes, schools, restaurants, banks, theaters, shopping centers, distribution centers, vehicle maintenance facilities, aircraft hangars, churches, offices, medical complexes, warehouses, convenience stores, swimming pools, manufacturing facilities and public buildings. In addition, we have experience building homes, condominiums, and duplexes.

ON TIME AND WITHIN BUDGET

We pride ourselves on our ability to complete projects on time and within budget with minimal change orders as is evidenced in our repeat customers. Clients have developed trust and confidence in SEI. As an example, Stacey began work at Fresenius Medical Care in 1993 and because of our proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget, we are still doing work for them today. Our company prides itself on our ability to meet or exceed project milestones and completion dates. We often work on projects with tight schedules and budgets and we have enjoyed great success completing these projects on time and within budget. A major contributor to our success is that our PM’s have mastered the art of CPM Schedules which they review and update weekly, thus ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
